F3 Financial Accounting – externally assessed by computer-based exams
ACCA states that the Fundamental Level is Level 5/6 against the QCA framework, while the Professional Level is Level 7.
Skills Module
F4 Corporate and Business Law – externally assessed by paper-based exams
F5 Performance Management – externally assessed by computer-based exams
F6 Taxation – externally assessed by computer-based exams
F7 Financial Reporting – externally assessed by computer-based exams
F8 Audit and Assurance – externally assessed by computer-based exams
F9 Financial management – externally assessed by computer-based exams

P1 Professional Accountant – externally assessed by computer-based exams
P2 Corporate Reporting – externally assessed by computer-based exams

  Entry Requirements  
 
We can offer you various entry points into the ACCA Qualification, depending on your age and previous academic qualifications.
 
  Minimum entry    
  Two A Levels and three GCSEs or equivalent in five separate subjects, including English and Mathematics.  
  Mature Student Entry Route (MSER)    
  Normally over age 21    
  No academic qualifications required, but a good understanding of English is required.  
  Graduate-entry route    
 
Relevant degree holders from ACCA - accredited institutions may be exempted from fundamental level and access the    Professional level.
 
  Access to ACCA via CAT qualification. No academic qualifications required.

  January, April, July and September.

Please note that students are responsible for their external university/ awarding body registration and exam fees unless otherwise specified. Please contact our admissions office or the relevant department for further information on corresponding external university/ awarding body registration and exam fees.

A deadline will be announced by LCAF for upcoming examinations by the awarding bodies and a student registered for those exams must pay the examination fee before the deadline. Passing the deadline may result in a student not being eligible to sit in the exams or might be redeemed as failed.
 
  Eligibility  
  To be awarded the BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting you must:    
 
Be registered with Oxford Brookes University ie opted-in to the BSc degree scheme before passing any of the three    ACCA Fundamentals papers, F7, F8 and F9
 
 
Pass the three ACCA Fundamentals papers F7, F8 and F9 and pass other papers as required to successfully complete    all nine Fundamentals level papers
 
  Complete the ACCA Professional Ethics module  
  Submit your Research and Analysis Project  
  Complete and pass the Oxford Brookes University Research and Analysis Project  
  Complete 15hrs per week sessions with your mentor.
