Enrolment Procedure
Agents must download the college application forms and ask the prospective students to complete it clearly specifying the type of course and the date they wish to start their course. Agents must guide International students/Overseas students to enroll for full-time courses. Agents can also book accommodation through the college. We have tied up with International Student House (ISH) in order to provide accommodation service to our students. The college reserves the right to change the course starting date depending on the number of admissions.
   
Payment Procedure
When the college receives an enrollment form from an Agent, we will send you an invoice with the Net price. It is the agent’s responsibility to collect the Gross amount from the student. Payment can be made by wire transfer or by demand draft to the college bank account which is given below

Students are responsible for the bank charges that are incurred during money transfer. When the bank notifies us that payment has been received, we can fax a copy of the Certificate of Enrolment to you and post the original copy to your mail address. Similarly, if a booking has been made for accommodation, then we will send a letter confirming that the student has booked and paid for a place of stay in London.

Refunds
If a student decides to cancel his/her admission with the college, he/she will have to do so atleast 3 weeks before the course could begin. If a student’s visa approval is refused, then the student will have to produce written proof in the form of a refusal letter from the Visa Office. On receipt of this, we will refund the fees or other deposits made by the student less an administration charge. All accommodation fee will be refunded except the booking fee.
Ethics

Provide recruitment support services to international students and their parents in a fair and reasonable manner
Demonstrate effective administrative & financial systems are in place at all times
Communication
Maintain good Communication with LCAF Marketing Department and ensure that every plan for the marketing will be    discussed with the Marketing Manager before    the implementation.
Your point of contact will be the Marketing Manager or a designated staff    member of the Marketing Team.
Maintain good communications with VISA offices in your own country and ensure you keep up to date with the latest    VISA entry requirements.
Training
Undertake any training available from government organisations e.g. British Council Agent Training Programme
Comply with all relevant local and national laws and regulations governing the operation and licensing of educational    agents
LCAF will provide you all the information about the courses and necessary will be provided if required.  
Addresses
Keep LCAF informed of any change of address and other contact details
Courses
Keep them informed of programmes, fees, accommodation and other services provided by LCAF.
Display LCAF logo on all published material including their website with a link to www.lcaf.co.uk.
Always follow the instruction of LCAF in using the Name and Logo of LCAF on any marketing material.
Your point of contact will be the Marketing Manager or a designated staff member of the Marketing Team.
You will be sent the updated information about the courses and any change in the course contents or any change of the    awarding body where deem necessary.
Admission
LCAF expects you to work always in co-operation with LCAF management and provide all the information to students    before the submission of Student Application to admissions department.
All application will be submitted to the admission department and the department will confirm you about the application    status of each student with in 4 working days.
The place at LCAF is not guaranteed because we have to register the student with the awarding body.
Once Admission Department accepts the application you will be informed
On the receipt of the initial registration fee the relevant awarding body will be approached and the applications will be    submitted on behalf of the student.
Awarding body has the final power to accept the student or deferred the application in case of further information required    by the Awarding body.
The documents will be sent to our representative.
Fees
You will provide the full fees to the Finance Department of LCAF
Finance department will send you your commission.
Quality Assurance
We welcome the comments made by the student and the representatives about us as an institute and as service provider    for our departments.
The Representative will maintain the Customer Feedback data
This research will be used to improve the quality of the service provided by our representatives and our Marketing    Department.
